Tingo María  

  

I was born in Tingo Maria, It city is a little hotter than Aucayacu, but, Tingo Maria is not as hot as Pucallpa. Tingo Maria has a spectacular mountain, which name is "the sleeping beauty" and in this city, the people are good. Tingo María has problems of pollution like all cities, but, the mayor and people decided to make programs of trash recollection. I think that It will be too hot , too big and it will has too much shop, because, people will live here.

Korikancha- Templo del Sol

1.  Chancho al horno o lechón al horno: 

The roast beef is served as piqueo . pieces of pork bone are selected , washed , seasoned and put to marinate with salt, pepper , red pepper , vinegar , beer or soy sauce and ground red pepper sauce . Let marinate for 24 to 48 hours. Then baked over low heat until sure it is ready. It is served with yucca and mote . This dish can be found in several restaurants in Lima.

2.  Chuño cola o Lawa de chuño:

This dish is a delicious meal of Inca origin . It is a spicy broth with potatoes , potato flour , chickpeas , rice, various meats . In one liter of broth serranas boiled sausages , a handful of rice, green beans, potatoes, peeled and cut . When everything is cooked, potato starch flour dissolved in cold water is added. The mixture is stirred with a dipper stick called wisla and cook until it takes point . This dish is eaten at any time of year.
